Online Bookings and Payments
Our online bookings and payments are managed through Fresha. Information submitted through Fresha is also subject to Fresha’s privacy policy and applicable terms. Please use its secure payment process rather than sending payment card details by email or chat.
Google Business Profile Messaging
If you contact us through Google’s AI-enabled business messaging, Google and participating messaging providers process your phone number, message content, and related technical information to deliver and operate the service.
An AI assistant may respond to routine questions using our business information. Authorized salon staff may review conversations and respond personally when needed. We use information from these conversations to answer your inquiries and assist with services or appointments.
Please do not send passwords, full payment card details, government identification numbers, or sensitive medical information through chat.
